Dallas Rising
Dallas is a yoga and meditation teacher specializing in accessible somatic approaches to mental health and wellbeing. In addition to teaching in traditional studio settings, she’s also taught in workplaces, schools, nonprofits, community centers, outdoors, and online. She’s been a figure model for over twenty years and loves to use artistic tools to access the benefits of mindfulness.
Beth Lunsford
Beth is an intuitive watercolor artist and art teacher who sees art as a means of self-expression and healing. She earned a BA in art education from Asbury University in 1978 and has studied watercolor with several regionally known artists since then. Beth teaches classes in watercolor technique and color theory for adults and children, both in an elementary school and community education setting.
Sushila Anderson
Sushila is an award-winning glass artist in the Twin Cities area and owner of Dynamic Glass Design.
She creates stained glass, fused glass, and mosaic glass artwork. She started working with glass in 2008, making small fused glass jewelry. Over the years, she has worked her way up into large commissions, displaying artwork in Minnesota art galleries, winning awards, and teaching classes in the Twin Cities area.
